1. How long will it take to get a reply after we send you the inquiry?
We will get back to you within 12 hours after receiving the inquiry during working days.
2. Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer, and we also have our own international trade department, we produce and sell ourselves.
3. What types of wood are used in your skirting boards and acoustic panels?
We mainly use Wood, Solid wood, Engineered Wood & MDF. Based on your requirements we are happy to source wood from around the globe and deliver what you want.
4. Do you offer custom sizes or finishes for skirting boards and acoustic panels?
We do offer industry standard size of the products. We are very flexible to customize according to your need. Our factory manufacturing process and technologies allow us to do material customization, color customization and so on.
5. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity is 1000 Units.
6. What are the available payment options?
You need pay the 30% of total contract amount while placing the order. The remaining amount needs to pay before products are dispatched. The available payment options are T/T, L/C, and Ali-Pay etc. We are flexible to discuss on it and to decide the best possible options for you.
7.Do you have any warranty or return policy?
If there are any quality issues with the goods once they have been received, they can be returned for repair and reshipment.
8. Where do you mainly export your goods?
We are flexible to export any country of the world. Our products are mainly exported to the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, Australia and other dozens of countries.
